This notice explains how the organizing group for Reserve Community Bank (In Organization), acting through Reserve Bancorp, Inc. (proposed) ("we"), handles information collected on this website. Reserve Community Bank is not yet a chartered bank; this notice is not the privacy notice a bank provides under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which will be adopted before the bank opens.
Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, city/state, the role you select, and any message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operation.
To respond to you and to send occasional updates about the organization of the bank. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us operate this site and send email, who may use it only for that purpose, or where the law requires.
Email hello@reservecommunitybank.com at any time to stop updates or to ask us to delete what you sent us, and we will.
Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored only in the email systems of the organizing group. We keep them while the bank is being organized and delete them within 12 months after the organization concludes or the bank opens, whichever comes first, unless you have become a customer or a member of the team.
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
